Break-N-Ground LLC

While searching for a company to expand my driveway I came across Break-N-Ground LLC and called to have someone come out and give me an estimate. An employee from Break-N-Ground, Mickey, came out and gave an estimate for $3/per square foot which was in keeping with the average cost. About 2 weeks later I scheduled the work to be done the following Friday. I was told that they would arrive between 6:00-6:30 a.m. and it would only take until "about lunchtime". There was no confirmation call the day prior so I trusted that things were on schedule and I would see them early the next morning. At 7:15 a.m they still had not arrived so I gave Mickey a call to see what had happened. I was told that they needed to clean up a job from the previous day and pour a porch and then they would be right over. By 1:30 pm I still had heard nothing so I called Mickey to let him know that I had waited as long as I could and they shouldn't bother coming to my home because I was canceling. He actually had the nerve to ask me "why???". As nice as MIckey was when he cam out to do the estimate I need a company I can rely upon to do the job they say they're going to do and WHEN they're going to do it. At the very least I should NEVER have had to call him to ask what was going on; He should have called me the evening prior to allow me to decide if I needed to reschedule. All in all, nice employees but an unreliable company.
