After choosing a unit to buy, Beth helped us on making an offer, then a counter offer, and we purchased what we were looking for.
Since we were out of town, all was handled via email and Fed Ex. The closing went well and there were no problems. Beth provided info on inspection companies as well as how to change over utilities. From start to finish, the process went very well and we are very happy we chose Beth as our realtor.

After driving up and down the Panhandle, we selected Panama City Beach as our favorite area. After researching real estate agent reviews and reading agents'statements, we selected Beth Christie to contact to help us find a condo in that area. In August of 2011, our first contact with Beth was by email asking for her help in locating a condo in Panama City Beach. Beth responded immediately asking questions about our desires in a condo. We emailed and talked on the phone back and forth and in September we drove to Panama City Beach from our home in West Palm to meet Beth and look at units available in our price range of $75,000 and under. Several were and quot;almost the oneand quot; but not quite. By the end of the week, Beth knew what we wanted. At this time, we had a contract on our condo in West Palm so we were ready to buy. We put a contract on a lovely little PCB condo just across the street from the beach. Unfortunately our West Palm condo's contract fell through and domino style we lost out on the PCB condo. Beth was never deterred. She kept in almost daily contact while we waited to get another contract on our West Palm condo. We got another contract in approximately three months and the search heated up again. Beth would visit condos, take upteen dozen photos and email them to us. She would call and go over the good, the bad and the ugly about each one. Finally she found us and quot;THE ONE!!!and quot; We loved it from the first time we saw the photos. We trusted Beth so much, that we bought it sight unseen. Beth handled our purchase like it was her own home she was buying. She fought for every possible advantage for us. This purchase was a foreclosure and the paperwork was a nightmare for everyone involved. Somehow, Beth made sense of all of it for us and made the whole journey fun. Beth treated our purchase as though this was a million dollar sale. She devoted so much time and work for so little commission that we are still amazed to this day.
While we were working with Beth, we were also working with other agents on our sale in West Palm. It was interesting to see the differences between the way Beth conducted herself and the way the others did. Beth was the only one who never ignored a phone call or email or text. She patiently listened to our concerns and helped us navigate the muddied waters of a foreclosure purchase. She not only is an expert at what she does, but she is amazingly responsive to questions and concerns and is a wonderfully personable person. Beth has a great passion for her job and really goes the extra mile to make sure you the buyer are well informed. She explains things very thoroughly and really understands the whole process from start to finish. She does a great job of keeping everybody in the loop from you to your lender and anyone else involved in the purchase.
The search and purchase of our new condo in Panama City Beach spanned nine months from the time we first contacted Beth until the closing the first week of May, 2012. Beth never gave up on us and our search. If not for Beth, our dream would not have become a reality. She is without doubt the best realtor I have every worked with. She is friendly, reliable, honest and tenacious.
