Great response and ability to come up with a solution. As an absentee owner, we had a storm come thru and damage the exterior of one of our rentals. Found Ronnie on Craigslist and he answered the phone professionally. Told him of the issue and the importance of quick repair. He had it done that afternoon. He communicated throughout the day on arrival times, what he was going to do to make the repair, products used and costs. He was reasonable and competent. I really appreciate his abilities and will use again.
