Upholstering
Seat backs ended up shorter than original and captains seat base was not replaced. Wanted upholstery to at least be similar to original and was told that would not be a problem. Changes to save the business money resulted in far less than exact match. Increases in quoted price could not be negotiated (pay it or don't get your boat back).

Not as hoped! - Was suppose to be same as original (with promises to make it look better by adding different highlitghts); significantly changed all seats and didn't do one of the backings at all. Captains seat has already fallen apart as the base was not replaced as promised (was showing signs of rot at time work was performed).
