Artistic Balloons & Flowers

Absolutely the worst florist in Panama City !!! I ordered this arrangement of Tulips online through FTD for Mother's Day and had them scheduled for delivery on May 12th at the State Attorney's Office. After delivery my Mom sent me a photo of her flower's she received and I was in total disbelief that I paid almost a $100 for this arrangement of tulips from this florist and they looked absolutely nothing like the picture I had ordered, I even paid for the upgraded full & lush bouquet as well. I contacted FTD for a refund of my money for these tulips because this was ridiculous, which FTD did refund my money. I called Artistic balloons & flowers twice that same day wanting to speak to a manager about this and both times spoke with someone that takes phone calls for Artistic, I asked the lady I spoke with both times to please have someone from Artistic to please call me back or at least email me. Still to this day haven't received a phone call or email from them. Figures a company that would let a bouquet of Tulips even go out their front door that looked like that, I shouldn't have got my hopes up that they would call or email back. This is the part that is really unbelievable about the whole thing, they actually sent a driver back to pickup the Tulips from my Mom. That is TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE, I have never heard of such a thing including the ladies I spoke with on the phone that were taking calls for Artistic either. So this (so called) Company delivered flowers that were way subpar than what they should've been, especially for what I paid for them, will not return my message to contact me back, ruin my Mom's Mother's Day flowers by returning to her office in front of all her coworkers and picking them up (for what ?) to deliver to someone else I guess and now it's to late for me to order from somewhere else. All I can say is what a total disaster of a Company and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone EVER. I've tried to locate them on Better Business Bureau to help their ratings but UNFORTUNATELY no luck. Happy Mother's Day Mom !

We had a wonderful experience with Janet over at Artistic Balloons and Flowers! My son's date for prom is highly allergic and cannot handle being too close to flowers. We didn't want her to miss out on the tradition of having a corsage on her prom night so Janet suggested she create something out of silk flowers that would coordinate with the color of her gown. Not only did she create a lovely corsage but she also made a matching boutonniere for my son. I will definitely use this business again and highly recommend this business.
