The provider responded by saying they didn't have time to do an estimate. I replied saying "I don't need it immediately, just looking to update my old one. Can you give a quick ballpark figure? Don't need anyone to come out and look yet, just getting an initial idea." The provider effectively ended our correspondence and any chance at future business by replying "Can't do it." (This is all the reply email said).

Went excellent. Hope I never need ther service again, but would immediately call them if I do. I was aware that there was a possibility of a misdiagnosis and told Steven I was willing to accept responsibility.

Excellent. Johnny was very responsive and punctual. He first came out two weeks ago to evaluate what I have and what needed to be done. This past Saturday Johnny and two other men came in and promptly installed a wood burning fireplace. The guys were professional, right on time. I will defiantly use them again for any other future projects or repairs needed.

Johnny was very easy to work with. He was prompt to get back to me and arrived on time. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the various products and upgrades. Despite the fact that I already had some parts I wanted to incorporate to lower costs, he never had a problem with any of it. I actually have two fireplaces with one chimney and was thinking about doing them both. He actually suggested I do one fireplace at a time to make sure I was satisfied. The setup only took about three hours. The result was spectacular. The fireplace looks real. I will definitely have my other fireplace redone soon and will be calling him to do it.

ey completely knew the equipment and procedures. Gas lines were soap tested and systam adjustments made. They worked the job , beginning to end four hours. Johnny and Ken were very professional and they cleaned up! A+ GREAT TEAM!

I would recommend them to anybody. They did the work as scheduled. They did it all as prescribed. They did very good quality work. They did everything as planned. They answered any questions or concerns I had right on the spot. They showed me ahead of time what they were going to do. There was no guesswork about it. Their price was a little higher but I paid for the quality. I plan to use them again. Their price was $4,900 and the additional was to get the gas company out here.

We called him for an estimate on the work and he scheduled to come out and do an on-site estimate. He called 30mins before he arrived to check if we were in. He did a thorough survey and gave me a detailed estimate so I knew exactly where my money was being spent. He even gave cost for each parts. I took the lists and costs of parts and looked up the costs and parts. The cost were right in-line with commerical costs. I was very glad to see that they didn't have large overheads on parts as well as a reasonable labor costs so we went with him to do the work. The thing that I liked about this contractors estimate was that he was very thorough compared to the four others we sought estimates. The estimates that we recieved: two would not come to our home, one came to our home & wrote an estimate on a business card (the estimate seemed like he pulled it from the air and was a hundred dollars over the Appliance Doctor's estimate). The day of the repair he called 30min before the scheduled time to tell us he was going to be 15mins late. He was actually only 10mins late. This is the first time ever that a contractor has called to give notice that they will be late. When he arrived, he went to work right away. As time passed and the installation was near completion, I heard a noise that I have never heard before . . .the contractor was sweeping after himself with his own dust pan and broom. I was so surpised. I worked in construction and maintenance and it was a bear trying to get my workers to do cleanup after their work. Most the time, I recieved complaint calls from the customers and made the workers go back. So I was so surprised when I heard and saw the contractor cleaning up and even re-lit the boiler. He thought of everything. After that, he inventoried all the parts used and it matched the estimate to a tee. He even helped me fill out my Teco Gas Rebate and took precautions just in case the paperwork got lost in the process and made a back-file for me just in case. He really thought of everything to give maximum customer service.
