It went really well. I can't complain about services rendered, only on the price. I felt it was a little pricey.

My husband contacted them for a quote to remove a large tree from our back yard. They were prompt to give a quote and a date to perform the service. The date was acceptable, but we were going to be out of town. We agreed to leave a check in a secure location for retrieval upon completion of the work. We returned home and the tree was gone. I have no complaints with the work performed. As it was February and cold out, neither of us paid much attention to that area of the yard. Alas, the weather warmed, and we started spring yard work. We discovered one of the very large granite stone slabs that makes up our walkway through the back yard was missing. It was the slab closet to the tree. I immediately called the company and asked where my stone slab was - that it was missing. Within an hour, the employee who supposedly performed the job stated he remembered moving the slab because they were concerned it would be broken, but couldn't remember what they did with it. He instructed me to look around and see if it was under some of our bushes. I told him I had already torn through the back yard looking for it and it was gone. They stole my granite slab and I guess thought we wouldn't notice a 4x5 piece of our walkway had disappeared. And for the story they were concerned it would be broken as to why they moved it, I had cheaper cement stones on the other side of the tree that were actually closer and more likely to be damaged. They were never moved. I was brushed off and they stole my granite slab, but I will never quit talking about the thieves. Don't trust them!

They review the trees that we wanted but they left roots exposed about a foot sticking up from the ground.

The service was very good. The estimator was on the job quickly and was able to help with permitting. The team was very efficient. Everyone was very pleasent and knew there jobs well. They arrived when scheduled and took great care with the removal. There was no damage to anything. The trees were removed, the stumps were ground and the refuse removed, all in one short day. I would recommend them heartily.

They were quick to arrive after I called for an estimate. They came a week earlier than I expected, and went right to work. They had to come by the next day to finish and clean up. I just can't say enough about how well the did. Fast, efficient, professional and decently priced.
