He used to do the weekly yard care for our neighbors. I used him when my husband was deployed. Andy said he would do it for a reasonable price. It started off well. He eventually started showing up whenever he felt like. He would say he was going to do it and now show up. We hired him to do some additional yard work. We wanted new sod laid. He agreed and gave us a set price. We paid half up front. After two weeks, he had done half of the work. He said he needed the rest of the money. We agreed and gave him the money. He never showed up again. We would call him every week. He would give us excuses. We tried to be understanding. After two months, we told him that we wanted the half of the money back. He told us we weren't getting our money back. That was a year ago. He never showed back up to finish. He got very nasty with us when we brought up getting our money back.
