We had an amazing working experience with him, and I recommend him to everyone and anyone. During this time, it was a great boom in the development industry, and even so we received prompt responses and great attention to our project. He expects high quality workmanship from his subs, and he worked well with our family. We experienced few delays, and mostly not within his control (such as Hurricane Ivan and the building boom effecting the availability of supplies). We began in October 2004 and were moving in the last day of April 2005. He also completed a file of the job and gave it to us at the close of the project which I think makes his company very transparent to his clients. This is helpful to know the status of the construction, prices, etc. Garrett is truly looking after his client.
