I purchased a Jet Ski trailer from them a few months ago. I noticed one of the lights was not working. I called them on a Friday (just before Labor Day weekend) about two hours before they closed. The owner (who answered the phone) said "No problem, bring it in and we'll make it right!" When I got there, the owner apologized for the inconvenience and had his staff get to work on it immediately. They discovered the problem was in the electrical connector. They replaced the entire wiring harness on the spot and did not charge me a dime. Throughout the process, the owner and staff were not only courteous, they were friendly also. I have previously spoken to others with marine / boat / Jet Ski trailers in this area and discovered this business has a very good reputation. I can see why!
