All Pros Solar, LLC

My husband and I bought a new metal roof for our home in Panama City, which required our solar panels to be uninstalled/reinstalled. We engaged Jamesâ  company, All Pros Solar, to handle this for us. James quoted us $10,000, which we agreed to pay in cash. The first day of the job, James showed up bright and early to collect payment upfront in full. After that we never saw him again and our job remains incomplete. We were promised a turnaround time of one week. He will not answer calls, texts or emails. Apparently, he did not pay his crew either, which is one of the reasons the job remains incomplete. We have since found out that there are other reputable companies that would have done the job for a third of the price â  and would have actually completed the job on time. Consumers beware.

I hired this company because they were local and veteran-owned. When the owner came out to our home he also stated a Lifetime warranty was included. I have called and emailed with no response. When I texted the owner I was told he was getting rid of that number and to email or call the office. I have tried everything. We are on our second inverter and having problems again. The error code indicates a connection issue. At this point, we are sorry to have ever gone solar. We save very little money every month since the front-mounted solar does not work. I would not recommend this company. They are quick to install and get your money but disappear when service is needed.

All Pros Solar came out to look at a system installed by a company which subsequently went out of business. Only about 1/3 of the panels were reporting that they were producing power. During their initial assessment, they spent a couple hours on my roof going over the system, and found a few panels whose connections were simply poor, which they were able to fix and get working at that time. They determined that the wiring trunks used by the previous company were a mess - I was able to see a mass of splices, electrical tape, a few wire nuts and a bunch of random connectors all sitting out exposed to the weather. They had to special order new cables from the manufacturer, But once those arrived took only one day of installation work to get my installation working as specified. The service was outstanding, and they provided information about what they found and what they would be doing ahead of time.

James is very easy to work with very knowledgeable great customer service.
