Steve and his crew did a great job. Very punctual and ver professional. Work was completed on time and they went out of their way to accommodate us.

The project went well, the workers were careful to not damage plants and did a goof job on the roof. No leaks!

They are listed on Angie's list, and they didn't get a very good rating. It wasn't their fault for such a long project because just as we started the storms came in and wiped out the factory. The shingles I had to use were non-standard singles. They were not in abundance. Then it took a couple of months to set the factory up. The factory made the wrong shingles, so there was a delay after a delay. My roof pitch is quite steep, so they would climb up in the morning sprinkle, and then everybody would try coming down. Once they were down, they didn't come back. Overall, the job was done reasonably fast. They did a good job. They paid attention to the areas I previously had problems with. So far, I would say they did a good job. They tried shingles with different vendors, but even they didn't have those shingles. They did make efforts to work around things. They pretty tried everything they could. I have used them several times for patches due to storm damage.

In May of 05 we hired this company to replace our roof. We had no issues with the exception of a small leak. Since the roof was 12 years old, we figured a replacement would take care of the problem. After the replacement, however, we ended up with leaks everywhere, a roof that looks as though it has sunken in and a crooked chimney. The first time I tried to call them out after leaving many messages, because on the back side of the house the tiles had not been brought down all the way and the white edging was in clear view. The area around the kitchen vent was not done correctly and the vent pipe was leaning. In June of 05 the roof leaked again and they came out to put black stuff around the chimney. When they came out in the summer (June), they only put more black stuff on roof. Although they spent a couple hours up there. They left with out notifying me they were leaving ( I could have gone back to work) When I finally got in touch with them after leaving numerous messages, they said the guys didn’t tell me because I was laying out in my bikini by the pool. In reality, the younger guy asked me to unplug his extension cord for him, I was completely dressed and the pool was covered. After June(06), called when it leaked again. They put flashing(for the first time) around the chimney and eaves. When it leaked again (Sep06) this time in the garage where it never had before, he said he was getting a carpenter to redo the chimney and part of the roof. On Oct 17th (first heavy rain since Sep) the roof now leaks in as many as 3 different places…2 inside the house (by chimney and over the couch) and in the same place in the garage. Each time they came out they said we would have to wait for the next rainfall to see if they fixed it. Called them (6Nov06) at approx 0930. Spoke with Adrian. Now says must be siding(even though the first time they admitted fault, and after that they blamed the chimney), I explained that I not only had no problems before, not only have MORE leaks now, but also the leaks are coming from the ceiling, not the wall. Told him I had spoken with a lawyer, but really just wanted my roof fixed. He said he didn’t care because I would just be suing his insurance company, not him. He said he would talk to his “guys” tomorrow. Never heard from them again
