Affordable Auto Glass

I called to get an estimate on the windshield replacement.  I was impressed with Ken's friendliness and professionalism on the phone.  He quoted me a cash price and instructed me how to process a glass claim through my insurance.  I set up a time with him to come to my house.  However,  I forgot and allowed the van to be taken to another location.  When I called Ken, he was flexible enough to meet at the other location 30 minutes away, without acting as if I was throwing his whole schedule off (I did).   He and his helper were courteous and efficient.  I was impressed with his professionalism. I do not hesitate to recommend him for any of your auto glass needs.
