The fence is sagging and the panels are coming loose. The fence is not tight enough and they didn't glue the caps on. It is also set to high off the ground. If I had pets they would be able to get out. I had contact with them last month, and they said all they would do is glue the caps on. The owner said she wouldn't pay the contractor to come out and fix the real issues.

I used them to put up a wood fence about 10 years ago that I am now starting to replace and I called them back.  I do not think there is a single thing about them that is satisfactory now. Everything is unsatisfactory.  It took many telephone calls to get through and once I made the appointment.  They were supposed to come out on Saturday and didn't show up, I called and they said there were issues and they would be out later in the afternoon and they still didn't show up.  I called and still couldn't get them on the phone so I got in my car and went to there office and the sign said Open and the door was locked.  I wrote them a note telling them I was cancelling the job signed it and left my phone number at their office and I also left a message.  Monday morning at 9 AM they showed up to install the fence, with all the equipment. I caught them and told them I had cancelled their services. They left and I have not heard from them since.

 I liked the work they did for me before, but I would not recommend them to anyone now.
