Just wanted to pass my sincere compliments to Nathan Hurley who has been conducting preventative maintenance on our relatively new home HVAC installed by Superior Air. I had some concerns with lingering HVAC performance issues that he was able to answer and contacted his manager for confirmation. Nathan is very pleasant, consistently professional, informative, and very tedious with his work during my observation. The HVAC is working flawlessly now and I have a better confidence any chronic issues that existed have been resolved. Thanks for the awesome customer service and support, Nathan!

I purchased the deal on 4/7 and they were supposed to contact me within 2 days.  It's been over a week and they never contacted me.

As far as I know it's kind of alright.  It was as thorough as I felt it could but at the time there was more sales pitch than was absolutely necessary.  We set up the time and I think he was right on time.

Found someone else

They are unable to do the work for me because the A/C had already went out. They said they could not do the tune-up or honor that because they would need to send a technician out. They also could not credit toward additional work.

Office made contact soon after Angie;s listing; set appt. and followed up prior to showing up. Tech. was sharp and knowledgeable. Gave a full overview and pointed out different thoughts if/when changing/upgrading in future. All systems were "go" relieving my mind on going forward with remodeling home. This was my first step in planning budget for building. Would use Superior again! Good experience.

Will not go into details. Just would never ever suggest anyone use them!

Have had a few return issues following new installation. Initially new unit worked. Next day it didn't and tech returned quickly to fix (new thermostat needed). Next day worked. Following day it wouldn't blow cold air. The tech returned quickly (main drain not initially flushed and was clogged). Has been working ever since however all rooms do not cool easily which admittedly could be other issues like insulation.

Jerimiah was very thorough and professional. I discussed with him my concerns about the system and he addressed everything and even gave me some hints as to how to be more efficient with the air and furnace. He was courteous about entering the home with booties over his work shoes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Great value working with Angie's List on the deals. But I would have this company back even without the deal.

They performed the most basic service they could. After discovering a leak during the service it was misdiagnosed. The tech told me the drain pan was rusted through. It turns out that the drain was clogged, simple fix. They did not check any pressures and the overall service seemed very superficial.

Very timely response once they received the work order from Angie's List. There was an additional $40 charge for a
part needed. The next day the system had a problem & they had to come back and did so within 2 hours to adjust something concerning the coolant. Has been working great ever since.
