It went really well. They came out and had it fixed within 4 hours after I called. They came when they said they would. They were punctual and professional.

Very disappointed as I called and made two appointments and they didn't show up on either appointment with no call or explanation. I had used them once before to fix a leaking unit at another address and they seemed fair although the repair man left a filter in the hallway and really didn't clean up after himself. I called them to have them look at two regular units and one wall unit that appeared to not be working. When I made the appointment, I explained in detail what needed to be serviced. They said no problem and they would send somebody out and that person would call me. I waited and no one showed or called. After the first no show, I called and explained that no one showed up and I had an urgent need for my AC unit to be checked. The lady who spoke to me offered no apology or explanation as to why nobody showed and told me that they wouldn't service my wall unit. I explained to her that I had described the units in detail when I made the appointment and they surely did not tell me that they would not service that unit. I also explained that there were two other regular units that still needed to be checked and repaired and then she said, "okay, well I guess I will send my guys out to look at it". Again, nobody showed or called me and I sat around at that location for hours waiting. Thanks a lot!Awful!

This was just one of many service calls the company makes for me. Wendy and Ed, the owners of the company are always polite and take the time to detail the problems they find. They do a great job of repairing or installing equipment. They are prompt about 99% of the time, although, since they are a small company, sometimes they get bogged down on service calls. Pricing is always extremely competitive, and the service is always done properly.
