They came to get the water dried out and got that done. When they were here and the lady was here form the insurance company, they worked their way in that **they were the ones who would deal with the insurance company**. I had never dealt with a situation like this, so they took care of it. But my home is still not dried and we are still suffering from water damage and issues. They were supposed to finish in 6 weeks, by the 4th of July we still could not get inside my home. They did not cover the floors up.
