I typically do not always write reviews, but in this case, I wanted to take a moment to do because of the quality of work that Miguel (Jonathan) provides with his team of professionals. Initially, I was provided a quote for new floors which included 3 BR, 2 baths, an entry way as well as a living room and included some complex cuts based upon the layout of my house. As I compared this quote to others, I was very happy that not only was this a very competitive quote, but also did not include additional upcharges like so many companies try to do these days. He explained in detail every part of the quote. The following Monday, his team showed up to do the work, I went to my job and when I came back later in the day, his team accomplished ALOT on day one! I could not believe how much progress they made! In fact, the team finished in 2 days what other companies told me it would take 3-4 and the quality of work was amazing. Needless to say, I have since hired his company to do another job & looking forward to seeing the results of that project as well. Miguel (Jonathan) is truly a genuine, nice & honest guy (sometimes hard to find these days) who takes pride in his team's work and cares about the entire project from start to finish. I would highly recommend that you do yourself a favor and give him the opportunity to quote your project. Trust me, you will not regret it.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with jonathan and his company and that says a lot in itself !! .they've done two big jobs for me and in every area they are very professional .the work was done very well they arrived on time they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the job I will definitely be calling them again when I have need for professional help in the future and I'm already recommending them to my friends ð

We were desperately looking for a floor specialist to fix our rental property- a mobile home sub floors. We had new floors installed by a local company which were installed improperly and caused the entire subfloor to fail. Floor specialist being booked out to October and renters inside the unit I turned to Angi’s list and found 413 Construction “Miguel’. Miguel was also booked out but after hearing about and then seeing our situation he pushed jobs out (without even telling us) to immediately start on fixing our floors. Miguel is an excellent project manager and everything he said would happen did. He kept us and the tenants up to date on the project as he expertly replaced our entire subfloors and reinstalled the flooring. 413 Construction is the only contractor I will call for all my needs and I highly recommend him for yours.

Miguel and his team did a phenomenal job on our floors. Professional and quick to return calls. Any concerns I had, he resolved and completed the job within a day. He was honest and gave us ways to save money instead of trying to charge us for things that were not needed. Highly recommend!

We are so happy with the job they have done. In fact, we are getting lots of compliments from friends and family members. We removed the carpet and tile in the house, including the staircases and replaced them with vinyl flooring. They did an outstanding job. we had several quotes from other companies, but we decided to go with 413 General Construction and they did not let us down. I plan on rehiring them for my other projects and we will certainly recommend them to others.
