we are a small family owned A/C service company with five employees.WE service all major brands of air conditioning and heating systems.We install new systems in residential and commercial applications we do rental/condo repair and or replacement H.V.A.C systems. Wow. Talk about responsive and professional. My heat pump fan wasn't working and our Boxers were overheating. I called Williams H and C, talked to a professional  assistant  who relayed the message to Billy Williams. I got a call back in 2 minutes. Billy said he'd be there this afternoon ( I called at 2 pm). Within an hour or so he arrived and fixed the problem right away. He also ran multiple other checks on the system to make sure I was all set to go, pointing out a couple concerns I may have in the future (evap coil rusting out). I will definitely be calling him back in the future when it's time to replace the air blower system. Very Fair and Honest.

William A/C & heating came out within the day I called to report our air-conditioning unit was not working. Once the technician arrived he did an on site evaluation and got the unit running in short order. He took the time to show me what work was needed and why. This is a family owned and run business that provides honest, professional, competent and timely service. I highly recommend Williams Air Conditioning and Heating.
