Waterclear did the construction of our new pool in the Latitude Margaritaville community and they definitely stand behind their products. This is the first pool we’ve ever had and Timmy has been absolutely amazing. He is so patient and goes above and beyond to personally handle issues, answer questions, and always makes sure we’re happy. We have a beautiful pool thanks to the team at Waterclear!

Michael Whitson and his pool team have been fabulous to work with from design to installation and now customer service. Patricia, who is the office manager, is knowledgeable and answers most of my questions. She returns phone calls or emails promptly. She is just a real pleasure to deal with. If she doesn’t know the answer she gets Timmy or Michael to assist. Timmy has been absolutely phenomenal in helping us understand our pool since we’ve never had one and I’ve learned so much from him. He’s very responsive and his attention to detail is amazing. I’ve talked to Michael a few times as well and he is the nicest person and wants his customers to be 100% happy with their pools. We are extremely satisfied!

Pool is gorgeous! Couldn’t be happier! I’d never had a pool before and they were extremely patient and helpful as I was figuring things out! Very responsive to any issues that came up. Great team!
