The Mobile Groomer

The business owner is the groomer. She is friendly and her work is competent but, she frequently experiences scheduling delays that cause her to reschedule for the next day or next week. Only one of the four visits scheduled, the first visit actually, happened on time (the same day as was promised). The next two visits she called at the end of the day to reschedule for the next business day. On the fourth visit she simply didn't show, didn't call and didn't answer calls/texts for two days. When she finally did answer on the third day she was extremely defensive, rude, abusive and belligerent. Her response was shockingly unprofessional. I would NEVER use her again.

They returned my calls timely. Scheduled an appointment time that matched both of our schedules. Called the day before to confirm the time. Texted to let me know they were on the way. Showed up as expected with all the equipment they needed and ready to groom. They greeted us (me and my 2 dogs) very professionally and were extremely friendly. They listened to my concerns for the dogs and how I wanted them groomed and they did an amazing job. We are very HAPPY :0). Let me just add this point. I live in an area that has little to NO services. This groomer understood my situation and went above and beyond to help. To groom my dogs they must drive over 45 mins, one way, out of their regular grooming service area but, they knew my older dogs needed the help…as well as their owner. They did charge a little more for the drive, as they should. I don't expect them to work for free or cut into their money to accommodate my location. Gas is expensive and their time is important. it is worth every penny!!!!

The Groomers have their van with ac, hot water for baths and grooming equipment. She came in and met my dogs, asked exactly what I wanted done, took them to her van and a short time later, they came back looking perfectly groomed. I am very impressed with this service and will be using them again and again.
