Our HOA hired this company after the hurricane. My condo is still not done correctly. I have never seen any contractor build a 3 story condo so bad with so many issues. The Project Supervisors for 2 years blamed every sub contractor for all the issues. I'm still trying to get into my condo. His workers after 2 years built my floor plan wrong and had to tear it down and rebuild it. They installed my plumbing incorrectly and its still incorrect. Electric is still wrong and still has at least 1 outstanding violation which they do not want to repair. The contractor never installed Cable TV outlets even though in Florida they have to in a new build. So we do not have Cable. Wall do not align to install doors. sheetrock was incomplete. debri and overspray was everywhere and never cleaned up. roof is 3-4 inches shorter then the attached building nextdoor so my loft bedroom is shorter so to install a door it had to be cut shorter. Closet doors were built with none standard size opening so I had to pay someone to fix the opening so I could install doors. A/C fresh air vents nor thermostats were installed. The list goes on. This is just my condo. There are 60 condos that have similar issues. So I would be very careful using this contractor. They do not stand behind their work. They blame and fire project supervisors. They blame their sub contractors and their sub contractors blame each other. There is no accountability. I highly suggest you due your due diligence when hiring a contractor.
