Do not trust your rental condo cleaning needs to this person (Steve Willis), nor his company (PCB Elite and also dba as THE ELITE CLEANERS OF PCB). I changed to his company after listening to the wonderful claims of using trained personnel, having supervisors check the quality of the clean after each clean, reliability and much more. After having 8 cleans this year, only half were without REPORTED issues; all of the other cleans resulted in some kind of negative guest complaint. I had just spent a week in mid February cleaning everything to better-than-new condition, and replacing all of the linens with two (2) completely new sets of linens, as well as supplying a locked linen closet with "extras". Even though I received repeated assurances that our personal linens would be kept separate from other condo owners - as we spend a lot to have premium linens - and they would be laundered professionally, that was not the case. Earlier in the year, PCB Elite cleaners left a washing machine full of wet towels and bed sheets that weren't discovered for three weeks during a lapse in rentals - by guests who were greeted with a poignant smell of mold. PCB Elite denied that it was their cleaners and insisted they NEVER do laundry in the condo units they clean. Consequently, our less than 3 month old Samsung washer has a musty, moldy smell that permeates through the condo and to which I unsuccessfully spent a week trying to alleviate with different washes, chemicals and fresheners. A month ago - in a "turnaround" clean with guests checking out at 10 AM and new guests checking in at 3 PM, the new guests found all of the beds unmade, and the linens in the washing machine still wet!! With two occurrences of this happening, this company's promises and assertions are without merit. My wife and I made an unannounced visit to our condo this weekend, with hopes of relaxing. Our condo was cleaned earlier that day by PCB Elite, and the condition was less than desirable. We spent most of the evening of our arrival cleaning - from debris and sand on the floor, an oily film over all of the bathroom floors, and globs of red jelly on the outside of the refrigerator. The condo was in a general level of discord - with kitchen chairs lopsided, lamps not centered on tables with shades tilted 90 degrees - and on and on. All of the expensive and new linens I had just purchased in February were gone. The linen closet (locked with only PCB Elite having the combination) was empty of all of our replacements, and the linens in the condo were threadbare and of a condition that I wouldn't use to bath my dog with. The next morning - at 6 AM since I couldn't sleep, I emailed, phoned, and texted both the owner - Steve Willis - and the company numerous times every day for the last three days. I asked him to drop off our other set of linens so that I can turn the condo cleaning needs over to another company. Three days later, I have yet to hear from him, his company and have had no response.
