Delaine is very efficient and knowledgable. She was very helpful during the negotiation process. I could always bounce ideas off her and pick her brain. I was purchasing a home site unseen while living in a different state. My husband called a realtor and got Delaine Bourne on the line. I am so, so thankful for this unplanned blessing! She was so easy to work with, always readily available for any questions I had at any time and even let me submit a very detailed list on all of the angles of pictures I wanted from the property. She kept us informed of any developments as they happened, and worked closely with the bank to keep me informed; always checking to see if I had been given this or that update on the paperwork (just in case they didn't call me yet.)
Since we weren't moved in until a certain date, she even went over to let in the carpet installers and painter and kept a lockbox on the door even after we closed so that the vendors could complete their work in a timely manner before our arrival. She went above and beyond and I will recommend her to everyone in the market for a great real estate agent!
