PRIME TIME INSPECTION SVC

We are not pleased with the service of Prime Time Inspection Service. He over charged and the quality of the work is poor. One of the things is still broken and he won’t come out to fix it. He replaced the window pane. I thought it was the window but it was just the window pane. Instead of the week he promised us, it took three weeks which he did not even give us a courtesy call. I had to call my realtor to find out what was going on. It was $300 just for a window pane. He fixed a leak in the roof that is still leaking and does not call me back when I call him. He won’t return any of my phone calls. I had to work with my realtor which I already called to my house. So you can imagine he’s already paid to fix what he’s going to fix but he’s still not fixing anything at this point. He did the insulation in the attic which I guess that was fine because all he had to do was put some plastic on the wall. He had to replace a damaged wood lock. He also was suppose to color match the previous pain from new paint but he just used indoor paint that was beige while the color of my house is yellow so you can imagine what that looks like. I’m never using him again. He’s terrible. When I called and talk to the secretary she told me they don't any repairs on the roof, that they're only an inspection company yet they fix all these things in the house. Some kind of communication they have going on there.
