This is never a pleasant experience to be exposed to mold toxins, but my contractor was knowledgeable and also understanding that I was not well. I appreciated his work and recommendations. I highly recommend him for mold inspection and documentation. Very thorough.

They allowed dirt and toxins to be sucked into the system. I spoke to Mister Giles and Mister Lake and neither has followed up with me to see is the problem was resolved.

We had nothing to do with any dirt or toxins to be sucked in your HVAC System. Mr. Lake and Mr. Giles are out of the Panama City Office; and, I believe they are aware of your situation. Even though we know by the smell in the house and our reaction to allergies the report came back as no problem with mold. We have no clue as to what to do to solve the problem.

I was having an air quality issue that involved and extremely large amount of an unknown black particulate that was noticeably visible on the interior walls of my home and clearly visible in my AC return air filters that had been installed for only about two weeks. Even thou I had replaced both my home air conditioner and duct work in January of 2018 I had the AC company return and confirm that the duct was clean and the AC System was not contributing to any issues. At that point I contacted Preferred Environmental Solutions to take air quality samples that I hoped would identify my problem. After taking both samples and one of my extremely black return air filters with them for analysis I remained out of my home awaiting their report. When the report was sent I noted that it did not include any reference to the identity of the unknown black particulate or that the filter had even been used in the testing procedures. Even though an invitation was given to ask questions, after two unanswered attempts by my wife, we recognized that we would probably have to accept our financial losses and try and find another environmental company that had the expertise necessary to help us resolve what remains for us an unhealthy environment to live in.

"This is what really happened: We did conduct an inspection with testing; and, three (3) air samples were taken for Mold. The air samples were sent off via FedEx; and, the laboratory analyzed the samples accordingly. We had received the report on the "air samples" on June 4th. On June 5th. This customer received this report along with any recommendations regarding the outcome of the report. The sample for the "filter" took longer for many reasons; and, one of them was due the process of determining another issue beyond "mold". Once we had received the results from the laboratory, we had sent the results to Mr. Brantley with detail information of the results with recommendations. Mr. Brantley claims his Wife had attempted to contact us via phone; however, none the Associates in our Company could find a voicemail recording from Mrs. Brantley; or, for that matter, from Mr. Brantley. Also, Mr. Brantley was only invoiced for three (3) samples - not four; which, means the sample for the Filter was at no charge. The Brantleys did receive the information they had requested; and, properly received services as required even at a discount. Mr. Brantley was clearly informed the filter sample would be take longer to get the results; and, he should have realized that we were not yet done. Being impatient causes uncertain actions; and, this review is the proof. Even after they had received all the information they had requested, neither Mr. Brantley nor Mrs. Brantley would answer the phone to comment on why they had applied an erroneous review. This is blatant disrespect to our Company; and, the individuals who strive to ensure each Client is personally provided with best service we can offer. The only reason I did not give a "5" was because I was told I would have the result by Wed. and had to track them down the following Mon. for the report. After a call, it was sent immediately.

"Usually, reports come in the next business day; however, the Labs sometimes do not receive the samples the next business day due to FedEx having issues with the transport of packages from their Memphis Hub (Southern Region Main Hub) to their distribution Hubs throughout each state. As you know, Memphis is in Tennessee; and, here lately they have been issues with weather regarding snow & ice that closes airports or hinders flights. This is something we can't control. Krys and Charlie were very thorough and professional. Also very nice to deal with. Servpro was a lot more expensive, charging 250 just for coming to Apalachicola, then double the cost per vent. Extremely happy to have clean ducts.

Quality of work was good, he seemed to know what he was doing. Called, said he forgot something at home and arrived an hour late. He and girlfriend were dressed in long, baggy shorts that I felt were inappropriate for presenting a professional representation of the company. He did a good job and other than being very talkative, he worked very hard. He did not do unnecessary cleaning and did not charge me for it which I really appreciated.. I would use this company again.

I can say how great this service was. My ducts were so filthy as it seemed the previous owner hadn't done much in the cleaning department. However, my ducts were cleaned and deodorized and I have had no complaints on air quality at all since. He really went above and beyond the call of duty and carefully explained everything and its implications to me.
