I found Kenny Koon after reviewing a number of sites. The company name is PC-RES-Q and I found him when my former PC repairman was not available. I took 2 pc's in. I had problem with a re-install on the old pc that I just couldn't work around. The new PC needed some tightening up, i.e. I couldn't get my USB 3.0's to work and I needed a new OS installed. Kenny took care of both in record time. He even fixed an issue I hadn't even brought up. I am thoroughly impressed with his work ethic and knowledge and I highly recommend him. I waited a few months before writing this review and there have been no problems.
