ABSOLUTELY HORRRIBLE - I took out several window screens and asked for new screens to be made. I was told two weeks, it rolled into much longer but that is beside the point really........when I picked up they were beautiful. I tried to install and they would not go in, I had three people look at this with me over several hours. And we made sure the width was the same - it was, the length pretty much the same....a couple had some variance but not enough to really make a difference I DID get one in the slot BUT it bowed and in doing so the cheap little slips you use to put screens in and out kept pulling out. I realized that their spring clips on the top of their windows are very very stiff and do not compress totally like the old window screens. They take up apron 1/4 to 1/8th " space when totally compressed as far as they will go and Oasis did not take this into consideration. They had my old screens and could plainly see the difference if they had looked. I picked up the screens, paid and left. I could not get them in. I called, left a message - no return call......I have not had them return a single call I have ever left and they rarely answer the phone when I call. IT IS 27 miles for me to drive to their business. I went into the store and explained the problem and the man behind the desk I refuse to call him a gentleman - he is not!.....because angry almost immediately stating they made them just like the ones I brought it. I said I had the screens in the car and said well lets go out out there and then he because aggressive as it was hot and he said I can't do anything out here and we brought them in. He continued to be rude and angry stating they made them like the ones I brought in, then he took a hammer and began banging on the clip don one of them which slightly flattened it.....I said I don't think that will work but I can try and he then insulted me stating "don't you have someone to help you? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I may be a woman and I made be 70 but I can put in a screen - in fact I can set a toilet, I can climb ladders, use a chain saw, do dry wall, I do some electrical work and I drive a fork lift, a tractor, etc, etc, etc,. My father raised a boy!!!! ANYWAY, it ends up after him complaining and saying rudely what do you want me to do, we have to re build them, I said can't you take a little off the bottom? He whined about that. I told him I didn't want him to have to remake them, I just need them to fit. I said I would take ONE home and try and make it work. HE was very very rude and nasty. I got a few miles down the road so made I couldn't see straight and turned around, went back and took them all, I told him it was 27 miles out there and if it did work I didn't want to have to come back. Well, I broke off the clips on two of the screens, yep they go in easily but.......nothing holds them into the shallow track so any pressure will cause $them to push out. What an idiot! Regardless, I guess I am stuck with $280.00 worth of useless screens. They should have realized their clips are larger and thicker than the old ones and made allowance and no one should be insulted for pointing out a problem. Any other reviews for this company verbalize rudeness - if this guy is the owner - he needs to retire. HORRIBLE customer service and do not stand behind their work
