Modern Air just replaced our Heat Pump system (compressor and air handler) and they did an excellent job. Gave us a competitive price last Friday and completed the work today (Wed). Andrew and Brandon did the work and they were very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend. They installed a 2.5 ton Carrier system which is considered one of the best and even went up in the hot attic to inspect the duct work and patched small holes in duct work.

Did not hire them. Hired an inspector for $70 who found that the ductwork in the attic was trashed and needed to be replaced. Another company repaired for $1700.

These guys are professional from scheduling to arrival to work performed to follow up.  Wish all companies operated like these guys do.  We're staying with them for as long as we own our home.  They really are top notch, trustworthy, and they know their stuff.

Very cordial. Explained things to me about my AC in "layman's" terms so I could understand what needed to be done in the long run and the things that could be done in the short term to rectify the problem. I called the day before and said I needed someone the next day and he was there at the scheduled time. It is really hard in Panama City to get someone to show up on time. That is a big one with me and I will continue to use Modern Air.

When my A/C went out the technician and owner came to my home even though it was after 9pm. I had a 10 day old baby and needed A/C! They promptly replaced my A/C and we are a cool family again. I had gotten another estimate from Jordan Air but they were $700 (or 20%) higher than Modern Air Solutions for a similar unit. Actually the Modern Air Solutions unit is much better equipped for the salt air. Better value, better service at a better price.
