Lighting Service
Horrible customer service. Lights and fans ordered arrived broken. The wrong light bulbs came with them and they lied about delivery times and ordering, etc. I would never use this company again. Their customer service was so poor that they basically did not care about the end user at all. It took them forever to replace broken parts and deliver the right light bulbs. Failure to answer phone calls and requests for service started with the technician and then when trying to get a supervisor involved for better customer service forget it. The company does not believe in customer service and it goes up the chain of command. Just don't go there.

Lighting Service
My experiences have always been successful. They have 3 excellent lighting designers and their customer retention is very good. I have had a house full of lights delivered, and they were punctual and met my schedule.
