Description of Work: do not use the Doral direct unless you do not mind waiting for your interest to accrue and be credited to your account. I have had the account and still have not receive any interest and customer service lies everytime I call to ask about interest payment. "we will take care of that tomorrow" " I have done my side of this problem and now another section has to do their side to correct this" I will call you tomorrow" " this will be taken care of today" and etc, etc. These people make Peggy seem like an angel. It seems Doral has lost all sense of propriety.
