 + -1 moreThere was a total lack of customer service and partnership with me, as the seller who was paying for their services. Pat was completely rude and unprofessional in handling our closing and instead of proactively working with us to try to make things right, her customer, she repeatedly pointed back at us to blame for the issues. Had more clear and timely communication been offered by Pat and the staff at Diamond Title earlier in the closing process I sincerely believe the issues we encountered at closing could have been avoided. This was by far the worst experience I have EVER had with someone I paid to do a service for me. I literally left their office frustrated and in tears from the lack of understanding, compassion or professionalism that was shown to us during our closing.
Description of Work: Closing on our condo we were selling, they were the Title Agency of choice for our Realtor. Had we known what poor service they would provide we would have picked another Title company.

Description of Work: We purchased a home in another state but couldn't move in immediately due to job constraints. We used Diamond Title to assist in remote signing of all the closing paperwork. They walked us through the paperwork and took care of mailing the package back to the primary title company. It was handles quickly and smoothly.

 + -1 moreMark Stockdale was vey responsive, easy to deal with via email or phone, and prompt. He was recommended by the realtor, and I found the experience to be very pleasant.
Description of Work: Provided closing agent for purchase of vacation home. Contact for mortgage company and all work provided on home prior to closing (inspections, etc.). Document preparation and filing.
