DAN JACKSON CONSTRUCTION

May 2014 we had water damage and mold. Dan Jackson sent out Rainbow Cleaners for "mold remediation". They stacked EVERYTHING from the guest, kitchen, most of the living and dining in the ONE room no infested-our carpeted bedroom. Dan turned over construction to Dave Jackson without our approval. This creep installed our new laminate floors, and NEVER covered them. Did the rest of the tear out and construction, damaging the floors. They never finished the kitchen floor, and left ALL of the dust and debris for us to clean up. Poor quality of work also-painters didn't know how to "cut in", wainscotting edges not lined up, and NO ESTIMATE to start. He just kept wanting a "draw" every week. This allegedly "Christian" guy doesn't practice what he preaches. How awful to leave a site like this- especially since I had a stroke just a few months before, and had serious difficulty walking (also disabled female veteran). Tripped over stuff they left many times, and got sick trying to do what they SHOULD have done. Had to ask Dan to get the toilet out of the FRONT YARD, and install it-REALLY SHODDY WORK, DAN! Also had to tell the "subcontractor" that OUR garbage can was NOT for construction debris. Yes, that's where Dave Jackson put CONCRETE BLOCKS!

He was supposed to do our house in 45 to 65 days, and it ended up taking about 13 months. The experience with him was off and on. It wasn’t that great. He was a nice guy but it took him way too long. He didn’t follow up on everything. He wasn’t stern enough with everybody else because he sub-contracted out. He was just too nice to everybody. Everyone just took their time, and he should have fired people and hired other people.
