Counts Oakes Resort properties

We rented a Counts Oakes vacation property, it was abysmal! I have been in the travel industry for almost 30 years and have stayed in at least 3,000 hotel rooms. Never have I been so disappointed. The following conditions are the ones that come to the forefront in our minds: Master sink smells of sewage. Bedroom closet doors broken. Lamps do not work, could be bulbs, if that's the case it shows a lack of attention by those overseeing the condo. Living room TV snowy. Needs a quality paint job. Found toenail clippings in the living room rug. Numerous glass shards in both the master bedroom carpeting and on tile in the living room. Refrigerator handles filthy. Counter tops in kitchen were dirty with crumbs on them. Carpets were filthy. Ceiling in the main living room was grayish black at the AC outlet.
