House Cleaning
I hired these people to clean my own home and after meeting with them they seemed they would do a great job. I gave them my trust to clean while I was away on an extended trip. Soon after hiring them for my home, I employed them to clean two vacation rental homes. Again, I would not be in the area to check, so I gave them my trust that they would do a professional job cleaning and preparing the homes for vacationing tenants. Upon my return to my home, every corner of every room had collected spider webs and the spiders' catchings. Toilets had rings from non-flushing/cleaning. Tops of furniture had not only dust, but bug particles. The rental homes were equally dirty and the beds were not even made for incoming guests. A few items, cd player, beach towels, etc. were missing. Under the sofas and beds were filthy with dust and 'stuff'.
