I called for assistance on May 15, 2014 and talked with David Price. All information including costs was provided upfront, in a very courteous and friendly manner. When the appointment time was known, they were here on time and called when on the way. David was able to service my generator within 3-4 days. It needed a part and usual maintenance.There was no delay to get the part. Service was a pleasant experience and I was amazed when Jason brought out a hose to clean off the outside of the generator after he was finished with the maintenance. I feel totally confident in David and his team and highly recommend them!

From start to finish Ted ,David and their crews were on top of their game ,They showed up when they said they would and were honest about price and arrival time of product.They were extremely knowledgeable of the product and install .I had Ted come out two separate times to give me two different estimates on different set ups.I also asked for references and it was no problem.After choosing the generator and install choice we set a time and date .Ted and the crews showed up early Friday morning and had me up and running by that evening,David came out that afternoon and went over the whole system with me and load tested the generator.Turned everything on in the house and was no problem for the 20 KW. Ted ,David and their crews are very professional and knowledgeable in their line of business and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a home generator system.

The service was excellent. I provided my own replacement battery and observed the maintenance, I was trying to learn something. He found a choke problem and fixed it and changed the oil and spark plugs, (the air filter was clean). He also installed the new battery cables and did multiple operational checks.
Although I could and have serviced the generator before, the routing of the battery cables in the tight spaces what best performed by him. It was the right call, in my opinion to have him do the work.
He called and offered me an appointment time which I could not make so he change his schedule to meet mine and was right on time.
He also provided a reference to who could swap out the natural gas regulator.

All is well. David did a great deal of work in the above and beyond category at no extra charge.Also, I was kept aware of schedule changes. A big help.
