Blue Sun Property Management

We have owned a rental house in Panama City Beach, Fla., since 2008. After poor to disastrous service from two management companies (one checked on the house so seldom that a cleaner was able to live in the house for months undetected and another robbed us of about $10,000 in rent), we found a new management company. The new company, Blue Sun Properties, has been managing our house for a year. They have done an excellent job for us. They have screened renters, kept the house clean and maintained, supplied us with detailed statements and paid us right on time every time. They are very responsive when there are problems, sending someone over almost immediately. Every one of their personnel (we have met seven and talked to others on the phone) have been personable, responsive, thoughtful and helpful. We could not ask for better. Our house is already fully booked for January, February and March, and we're starting to see repeat business.
