The guy who runs it, John Bellow, usually does what he says he is going to do. He hires the contractors to do the actual work and he watches them to make sure they do the work properly. Everything went according to plan. He does nice work and he charges accordingly.

I think they only did one coat and it needed two coats. My overall experience was lousy and I think the price was much too much. You can see where the color is bleeding through and you can see streaks. I'd never use them again.
