Beachy Beach Real Estate Inc

On May 15, 2015, I reached an agreement to purchase a home in, Panama City Beach, FL.  Through the entire negotiation process, the contract stated that the refrigerator was included in the sale. On the day of the closing, when my real estate agent did the walk through, it was quickly apparent that the refrigerator had been removed.
My real estate agent contacted the listing agent from Beachy Beach, and requested that the refrigerator be returned per the contract.  My real estate agent was told that the seller wished to keep it.  After hearing that, I suggested that I would also accept a reduction in the purchase price by $2000,given that the refrigerator had been a relatively new model with french doors.  When my real estate agent started to make this offer, she was told that the refrigerator would not be returned,and the purchase price would not be reduced. If we wanted to proceed with the purchase fine, or we could cancel the closing. Those were the only two options. I did close on the house, but the agent from Beachy Beach refused to honor the legal contract we had.

They showed me one house. They guy showed up in jeans and flip-flops to show me the house. The house had mold on the roof; one wall of the house was completely wet; there was mold and damage. It was awful.

She is excellent and she cared about what you were looking for and what you got for your money. She is the best realtor I've ever had and she responded very quickly to me. She was always ahead of us with being on time.
