Brett arrived on time, professionally dressed. He was very courteous and likable. He invited any and all questions we had, and welcomed us to follow him up into the attic and look over his shoulder as he was inspecting various aspects of the home. He was extremely thorough, looking beyond the obvious disrepair of the home to locate the roots of the problem. This will be our fourth real estate purchase, therefore our fourth home inspection. This has been the most useful home inspection we have ever had, by far. The knowledge, courtesy and thoroughness of the inspector were unbeatable.
