The service was excellent.  They were able to straighten everything out with my computer, and they had a very reasonable price.  I would recommend them.

They hooked up the computer and showed me how it worked. They wanted to charge me for ongoing service. The computer was once used and overpriced. The service is overpriced and they like to make you think they are always doing you a favor and are not. I question their creditability.

My DVD/CD ROM drive wouldn't recognize DVD or CD.  Good ole Windows asked to insert disk after I just did that!!
The problem had been "bugging" me for several months since  it was intermittent.
ALS confirmed my  suspicions after tests and replaced the drive.  It had to be ordered and the whole operation took just 4 days.
Parts $69 and Labor $25 plus FL tax came to $101.  Not bad at all.
My favorite Laptop in just fine again.

We called and then dropped off the laptop the same day with the power cord.  They called us back within a few hours and gave us the diagnosis and we had it back that afternoon.
