Auto Body Work
After a vacation accident in Panama City, the auto was brought to this firm. Our home is in Illinois. The adjuster estimated an 11 day repair. Over 13 weeks later the car was 'done'. I put 'done' in quotes because after having it shipped back to Illinois and bringing it to a repair shop locally, an additional $3000 worth of repairs were authorized by our insurance. The added monies were for worked that was either not done at all or not repaired to general standards. Through it all the mgr. of this location, Dan, was quite pleasant saying that they had too much work for the crew to attend to. With no 'leverage' I had to abide by his time frame and simply wait.Because of the long wait he did deduct the deductible that was due. The work that was performed was very shabby and unprofessional and I would advise any to refrain from doing business with this company.
