We put an offer on our house 2 months ago. While waiting for closing we realized there was a dead pine on the property. Our real estate agent referred us to Perry's Tree Co and he came out and recommended the tree be cut as soon as possible. We had to wait until after the closing to have the service performed per the seller. In the meantime we had a second opinion about the tree and it was confirmed that the tree and 3 others needed to be removed. We called Ray the day after closing and he arrived the following day. His workers were courteous and friendly and explained what they were doing and answered all our questions. They worked very quickly despite the summer heat and humidity.
