While we were initially impressed with his and his partner's work ethic, we soon found that the quality of repairs was substandard. The mortar used to reset some bricks started deteriorating within a few months.  Then when our roof needed to be cleaned again, I tried contacting him, both by phone and by e-mail.  The voice mail greeting on his phone was almost incoherent, and I never heard back from him.  A few weeks later, I saw a KC Group truck driving through our neighborhood and followed him to a neighbor's house (where he was giving the neighbor a quote).  I talked to the representative and told him I would like them to redo our roof, as promised by Tom Richards.  I also told him that I had repeatedly tried to contact them, and no one ever returned my call.
The KC employee told me the Tom Richards was a crook, that he had made promises for future services that the company was unable to keep, and that Tom Richards had been deported back to England.  I asked the employee to have someone from KC group contact me, so we could come to some agreement about future services.  The employee took down my name and number, and still, I never heard back from them.  
I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of the remaining employees, who didn't even have the courtesy to call me back.

Thomas and Casey along with entire crew pay close attention to details. All the areas look outstanding. They do not hurry the process between cleaning and sealing so the results are excellent..

The KC Group never did give us an estimate. I guess our business wasn't important to them.

Contacted the company to clean and reseal pavers on back porch. They missed appointment to look at job requirements, with truck problems.They showed up the next afternoon at the appointment time for the previous day unexpectedly. Work was scheduled for Wednesday. They failed to show. Late afternoon had problems work was rescheduled until Friday. Friday they failed to come at scheduled time. Phone call to company was told the crew will be there in an hour. Four hours later with no crew and ne contact from company another phone call made and told the crew will be there shortly, Six hours after scheduled time. I cancelled the job due to unreliability of being on time.
