We had service done up uniti May 2022, when i physically walked out to yard and spoke to the gentleman and told him due to my son's accident that left him critical in a hospital. So no treatment. I then in November get a bill for 3 months of treatment all the way up to august. We had NO service past this date. To top it off we were not thrilled with service, every time I asked the guys when I was going to see any good changes I was being told it would take time. This law was new since we had just built the house prior to hiring them. Worst mistake of our lives. it has been a nightmare.
