Terrible. Don't call for an estimate.

"[Member name removed], We are sorry you are unhappy with our Service. Our records show we met you to look at an estimate within 48 hours of your call. We did work up a price and I'm showing we left you two voice mails to go over that price, as well as mailed a hard copy twice. The second time after we talked to you and confirmed the address. We do our best to get estimates out as quickly as possible."

They are amazing. We use them all the time for our plumbing. They get there exactly when they say they are going to get there. We have our home in town for thirty five years. They are very good. They do everything they say they are going to do. They never do more, if they find something wrong and if it's a minor fix, they tell us it's a minor fix. They never call and say it was major one so they are very honest. They do a lot of plumbing for us while we are up here, we just tell them to go fix it, they go fix it and just send us the bill. For all the service calls it was $300. I highly recommend Palmetto Plumbing, they are very honest and that is the main thing. We thought one time we had a major problem with our dishwasher but it was something very minor, it was a $5 fix. Somebody else could have taken advantage. As long as we've had our home there which is thirty three years, they've been there. Anytime I have an issue I will pop on Palmetto Plumbing.
