Dr. Palmetto is very good. I really liked that they did not up sell me. This was the first time I had my dog at this clinic. I had used them years ago when I had another dog. Generally when you take them in they want to do blood tests and do this and that. The doctor treated treated the problem and did not try to over sell me. Said the dog is over weight but did not try to sell me any of the products there. The price was fair. I got in the same day.

The veterinarian is amazing. The staff have an obvious love for animals. They are very compassionate and thorough. They fully understand the anxiety of the pet owner so they treat you with respect and take you seriously. If you have a problem they take you in right away. If they are not available for any reason, they always have a number for you to call for instance when my pet needed a major surgery procedure that they don't do there, so they recommended a fully certified surgeon. They also kept calling me to check if my pet was doing okay. They go above and beyond and I have not experienced this with another veterinarian. I feel secure with them. I know that they care about our family and the pets. I will use them again in the future.

They are close and convenient. The doctor is approachable and very easy to talk to. They spend a very fair amount of time with us and we don't feel rushed. It is a little spendy but we guess it is the going rate. We got in timely.
