Misting systems
I went to Ybor city on a Sunday afternoon for the Cuban Sandwich Festival. I pulled into an Omni lot at 12:58, paid the $10.00 fee, received a phone call for a family issue, went back to the lot at 1:10, asked for a refund and it was denied. I called Omni later that day at 813 760 3462 and explained what happened. Richard answered the phone, listened to what I had to say and said that never happened, called me a liar and hung up on me.
