Christy, Jeff and the Nuisance Wildlife Removal team are remarkable! Their knowledge of wildlife and pests blows me away! NWR came out and inspected the whole interior and exterior. They determined how the ants were getting inside; identified potential problems (a loose screen and a hole in a cabinet). NWR created baits that were safe for my fur baby and we saw an immediate reduction of ants. As a bonus they even removed wasp nests outside. They really go above and beyond!

As embarrassing as it was to have the problem, the pros at Nuisance Wildlife - and Jeff in particular - were not judgemental or put off by the scope of the problem. They gave us suggestions for things we could do to help avoid a re-infestation at no cost, as well as explaining what they could do to repair and seal up the access points. Very pleased with the service and the people I dealt with.

Process was booked yet to make a small incision in my wall was able to locate the family of raccoons using infrared thermal camera was able to safely extract the mother raccoonOne of my wall. And was able to repair the damage.

Sound asleep until all of a sudden a plop into my pool and the sound of something swimming! I couldn't believe my eyes, it was an armadillo! Unfortunately, it couldn't get out. Even if I could've got it out with my husband, I couldn't leave it in my yard to return. It had just ripped up all the grass on my side yard looking for food. So, I called Nuisance Wildlife and selected the emergency removal option, it was after hours (2:50 A.M.). Jeff came out and removed the armadillo from my pool in a matter of minutes. I will never call another company, Nuisance Wildlife is the best around! Thanks, Jeff!

They did a thorough inspection of exterior, roof and attic.  They thankfully found no evidence of anything.  I was very reassured and would highly recommend them and use them in the future.  They did not want to charge us anything for their time; which is worth something!!

It went fine. Everything was good. They came out right away. The guy is very friendly and very helpful. He walked on the property and looked for any signs of snakes and holes.

Examined attic and determined that rats were in and out of the attic. Put rat poison in the attic? Returned a week later to make sure there were no rats in the attic and then sealed up all entry points. Guaranteed work and will return if necessary at no cost to me.

The work was timed around our schedule after repairs.
Follow up in May showed no reinfestation.

Oops, I entered details above.  After the sewer pipes were blocked, Christy's assistant put traps in the attic and came back every other day until the traps were empty on two succeeding visits.  
We are not hearing anymore noises in the attic.  Hurray!  
I thought the pricing for Christy was a little high, but they were very responsive, professional, punctual and easy to work with.  I guess maybe my feelings come from the fact that I had already paid the previous service $500 to do all the physical work around the house to close up any other entry places.  
But bottom line the rates seem to be gone.  With colder weather last week we still did not hear anything.  So I'm satisfied and hope I never have to use them again!!

Background:  we returned from our summer travels just before Thanksgiving, so are still in the process of unloading our home away from home.  Imagine my shock when entering the rig one evening to be eyeball to eyeball with a possum (it was on the dash).  I grabbed a picker-upper and tried to scare the critter out of my RV. Feeling I had accomplished my extraction mission, I locked the RV up for the night and went back into the house.  Next day, we found fresh droppings throughout the RV and using Angie's List contacted Nuisance Wildlife Removal.  Two experts arrived that afternoon as scheduled, looked at our "evidence" and agreed that we did indeed have a residence possum.  A visual search proved fruitless, so they left a baited trap in the RV and told us to call as soon as the possum was caught.  It took 2 days before the critter came out of hiding and "took the bait".  The morning of the capture being a Saturday morning, we were unable to "talk" to anyone at the office and had to leave a message.  Late that afternoon Chris showed up, retrieved her cage with the possum inside and told us that since it was a young "teenager", siblings might still be inside the RV.  Chris told us to call should we see evidence of any further possum inhabitants.  As to damage, so far we have only seen minimal damage to the RV and are hopeful that the early discovery and capture of the possum will only cost us the service call.  By the way, when paying the bill I asked about the 10% discount posted on their Angie's List site.  The technician promptly adjusted the bill, so the "cost of service" listed above was actually $120 - 10%.

The week after their last inspection I heard another rat in the attic. The company returned my call , came out ,and help me with contacting a roofer and electrician to fix the point of entry into the house. The owner of the company came out himself to check.

Great service. Very clean and efficient. Vast amount of knowledge regarding pest control and explained it all in great detail. They took time and walked the parameter of my house showing me where there could have been a potential openings for critters to have come in. They back there service with a guarantee, and are very prompt in returning phone calls.

We purchased a home that had been vacant for some time.  Once, demo  begin for our remodeling, it become evident that there was quite a rodent problem in the attic.   We hired Nuisance to remove all the old disgusting contaminated blown insulation.  They did a great job and had the best price.  I had contacted 3 companies and they were the best!!
