We were without central air for five weeks because another company botched the first repair, burnt out an electrical board, and probably fried my compressor. (They have not even returned phone calls; see my upcoming review for United Air, it will not be good if I do not receive appropriate resolution with them.)
Tim and crew communicated well, fixed all of the issues caused by the previous company, and removed, transported, exchanged under warranty/and replaced the compressor. They were professional, friendly, and concerned with how long we had been without air conditioning which they demonstrated with their determination to get the job done that day, and do it right! We could not be happier with every aspect of their service. I highly recommend, and I never do that lightly.
